All orders are subject to availability. Every effort is made to keep our on-line inventory up-to-date.
If an ordered item is out-of-stock, or if you order more
than one item and one or more are out-of-stock, we will notify you by email. Your order will not ship until we hear back from you as to whether you want us to hold your shipment until all items are in stock, or you want us to ship items as they become available.
Every effort will be made to ship your purchase within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Pending credit card approval, in-stock merchandise will be sent via:
*Ground: Should arrive within 7-10 business
days from the date of the order.
*Express Saver: Should arrive within three business days
from the date of the order, by 4:30pm, if ordered by
12:00 noon PST.
*2-Day: Should arrive within two business days from the
date of order, by 4:30pm, if ordered by 12:00 noon PST.
*Standard Overnight: Should arrive by 3:00pm the business
day following the date of order, if ordered by 12:00
noon PST.

time frames above, please check order status on-line at (using
the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email)

Our preferred shipper is FedEX because of their
rates and on-line tracking system. They require that you
use a street address as your ship-to address. Please be careful
when entering shipping address information, as we cannot
be responsible for undeliverable orders due to incomplete
or incorrect addresses.
Currently, we do not offer the ability to split
a single order to go to multiple destinations. If you would
like to send to multiple addresses, you can do so by creating
a separate order for each address.
At the present time, we do not ship outside
the contiguous 48 states. |
