In case of damage in shipping, please retain the original shipping carton and all packaging material for inspection by FedEx.

If you wish to return a purchase because it is damaged, defective, or the incorrect
product (not the one you ordered), please call us at 503-763-0151, or send us an
Email at WordsLovelyWords@iinet.com  We will then make arrangements for a return authorization before shipping items back.

If you are returning a purchase for any reason other than the three mentioned above, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee and you must pay return shipping charges.
